Anxiety Therapy in Lafayette, Online Across CO
You deserve deeper connections. I can help you learn how to build them.
Being hurt in past relationships—by romantic partners, family members, friends, coworkers—has taught you to put walls up and people-please to protect yourself.
You often bend over backwards for the important people in your life, mostly because you worry they’ll realize you’re not worth sticking around for if you don’t. As for what you need from them—that rarely seems to come up, and is dismissed whenever it does. You’ve been hurt in the past and it’s left you insecure and wondering whether anyone could truly love you for who you are.
Maybe you’re single and looking for a partner, but always end up in the same unfulfilling relationships and don’t know how to break the cycle. Or maybe, you’re realizing the relationship you’re in isn’t working, and want to get to the root of the issues you’re facing to make real change.
On the other side of the walls you’ve built are the kinds of relationships you really want.
Right now, you feel…
Unheard, unsupported, or misunderstood by those closest to you.
Scared that if you speak your mind or set boundaries, you’ll be judged or rejected.
Disconnected and lonely—even if you’re in a relationship.
Resentful toward your partner and their inability to meet your expectations.
Like the breakdowns in your relationships might be all your fault.
But you wish you could…
Share thoughts and feelings with loved ones and be heard and understood.
Find and use your voice to speak up, without worrying how it will be received.
Foster healthier dynamics where you feel supported.
Communicate in a productive way and be less fearful of confrontation.
Get to the root of these challenges and learn new ways of engaging in relationships.
You’ve spent enough time feeling small for others’ sake. It’s time to have your needs met and create the connection you crave.
How We’ll Work Together
Helping you discover new insights & express yourself fearlessly.
In this work, we’ll focus on understanding your inner self on a deeper level—how you show up, what patterns you keep repeating, and what might be getting in the way of the connection you want. I truly believe that you’re not broken, you’ve just had hard experiences that have shaped you—and you are capable of healing.
We start by getting to know each other and identifying what feels most important to work on, whether that’s communication struggles, trust issues, or feeling stuck in the same dynamics. From there, we’ll explore the beliefs and experiences that have shaped how you relate to others and uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what could shift.
I pull from a variety of approaches—like tapping, parts work, EMDR, hypnotherapy and mindfulness—to help you build awareness, express yourself more clearly, and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Whatever we work on, it’s always tailored to you, with a focus on insight, growth, and lasting change.
Specialized therapy for relationships can help you create and nurture bonds that make you feel safe and supported.
The work we’ll do together can help you…
Communicate with more confidence—speaking your truth, setting boundaries, and listening in a way that deepens connection.
Understand yourself more holistically, recognizing old patterns and making choices that support the kind of relationships you want.
Learn to navigate conflict in ways that feel safer and more productive.
Believe in your worth, feel seen by those you care about, and build relationships that make you happy—not just ones that feel familiar.

More fulfilling relationships are possible.

No, I work with individuals—but that doesn’t mean therapy won’t help your relationships. So much of what happens in relationships comes from the patterns, wounds, and habits you each bring with you. Individual therapy gives you space to explore your own triggers, communication style, and emotional needs so you can show up differently with your partner. When you work on yourself, your relationships naturally shift, too.

I tailor therapy to what you need, but I often use parts work, tapping, EMDR, mindfulness and hypnotherapy to explore the deeper layers of relationship challenges. Maybe there’s a part of you that wants closeness while another part pulls away, or maybe old wounds keep getting in the way of connection. Therapy helps you understand these patterns, shift the ones that aren’t serving you, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. You can learn more about my approach on my About page.

Relationship struggles don’t just come out of nowhere—they’re shaped by past experiences, unspoken needs, and the ways we learned to connect (or protect ourselves) early on. Sometimes, old wounds play out in present relationships. Other times, it’s about communication, boundaries, or feeling truly seen and understood. Therapy helps you untangle these patterns, understand yourself better, and build relationships that feel more connected and secure.
